By using The Daily Me, you agree to these terms.

Personal use

The Daily Me is for your own reading. Use it with articles you may legally read and keep. Do not use it to copy, share or resell other people's work.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account. We may close sign-up when the service is full.

Fair use and limits

Each account has daily limits on summaries, questions, cloud voices and some transcription. Limits reset at midnight in your time zone. The app shows how much is left. We may change the limits.

No abuse

We may limit or close an account that breaks these rules.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you save and record. You let us store and process it so the app can work for you. Summaries are made by software and can contain mistakes. Check the original when it matters.

Service as is

We provide the service as it is, without promises. It can be slow, change, or stop. We do not accept responsibility for losses that come from using it, as far as the law allows.

Removing your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may remove an account that breaks these terms. When an account is removed, we delete its data as the Privacy Policy describes.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.
